Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for eligible unused products in original condition and original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Cut film, installed film, used tools, opened rolls, custom orders, clearance items, and sample packs are not eligible for return unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Before returning any item, contact the store through the contact page with your order number, photos of the product, and a short explanation of the issue. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
